Above is the spacious main bedroom with a queen sized bed, and through the window you can see the quiet farmland views. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is also a double bed pull out sofa lounge in the living room, allowing the cottage to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Tariffs
Tariff is $115.00 to $135.00 per couple per night ( including GST ).
Extra Person, $30.00. Check in from 3.30 pm, Check out by 10.30 am.
The balance of your account is due on arrival. Payment by personal cheque will not be accepted upon arrival.
A minimum booking of 2 nights is required on weekends, and a minimum booking of three nights is required on public holiday weekends.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Booking Conditions
A deposit of one night's accommodation or 50% of the total booking, ( whichever is greater ) is required within 7 days to confirm your reservations.
Cancellations
If notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If less than 7 days notification of cancellation is given, your deposit may be forfeited.
