Prices are supplied as a guide only. They are current as at March 18th, 2002, INCLUDE GST, and are all in Australian dollars, but are subject to change without notice. Please contact us directly (phone, fax or e-mail to info@albury.net.au) to confirm costings. All accounts may attract administrative charges including (but not limited to) mail overlimit, off-domain access, late-payment, bank and credit card chargeback fees etc.

Casual Dial-in Accounts

Setup: $50 Non-refundable joining fee
Dynamic PPP account, e-mail address, pre-configured (but not hard coded) start-up shareware software and printed instructions if required, initial hand-holding, access to subscribers only areas of web site and installation advice. Group discounts available. School and government discounts available (ITS2028).
Access: $2.40/hr + 35c/Mb delivered volume charge
Nocturnal rate $1.09/Hr + 35c/Mb delivered volume for calls starting at or after 1am and finishing by 6am. Cash, cheques or credit card optional. Most major credit cards accepted.

Charged through one of the following:
1. Invoice and users full monthly usage logs emailed monthly (no handling fee); OR
2. Hardcopy of invoice and/or logs available by fax (handling fee $1.10/page); AND optionally
3. Invoice only sent by post (handling fee $2.20/account); (for usage logs refer option 1 or 2)

School/government discounts available (ITS2028).

FlexiChat Access Plan

Setup: $0.00 Note: REQUIRES casual access plan for connection.
The FlexiChat plan extends your existing Casual Access plan to provide automatic selection of the best plan based on each calls usage. While you are "surfing" or just doing e-mail, the standard casual plan rates apply. While you are using the internet for "chatting" (more than 30 minutes and using under 0.5Mb/Hr), the rate automatically changes to the chat rate of $1.09 per hour.
Access: $2.40/hr + 35c/Mb delivered volume charge
Chat rate $1.09/Hr flat rate + $5.50 per month plan fee.
Cash, cheques or credit card optional. Most major credit cards accepted.

Charged through one of the following:

One-Ton Plan

Setup: $0.00 Note: REQUIRES casual access plan for connection.
The One-Ton plan extends your existing Casual Access plan to provide a fixed monthly charge for usage up to a generous limit.
Access: $55.00 per month plan fee (paid at start of each month).
First 100 hours/month free (additional hours at $2.40/hr)
First 150 Mb/month free (additional Mb at 35c/Mb)
Credit card REQUIRED.

Plan30 Plan

Setup: $0.00 Note: REQUIRES casual access plan for connection.
The Plan30 plan extends your existing Casual Access plan to provide a fixed monthly charge for usage of approximately 1 hour per day.
Access: $27.50 per month plan fee (paid at start of each month).
First 30 hours/month free (additional hours at $2.40/hr)
First 75 Mb/month free (additional Mb at 35c/Mb)
Credit card REQUIRED.

Commercial Plan

Setup: $220.00
The Commercial plan is designed for businesses requiring constant access during the working day. This plan has a monthly charge of $110.00 per month (paid monthly, in advance, and provides 220 hours per month. Ideally suited to businesses with unusual or eratic operating hours. This plan is pitched at people using the equivalent of 9am-5pm mon-fri and saturday mornings, although the actual time of day and day of week are unimportant. 250Mb per month of volume is included in the plan fee.
Access: $110.00 per month plan fee (paid at start of each month).
First 220 hours/month free (additional hours at $2.40/hr)
First 250 Mb/month free (additional Mb at 35c/Mb)

Business plan

Setup: $275.00 One-off joining fee.
The Business plan is designed for businesses requiring constant access during the working day. This plan has a monthly charge of $220.00 per month (paid monthly, in advance), and costs no more regardless how much time is used between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. No volume charge applies unless more than 200Mb of data is sent to the account per month. Extra volume is charged at 35c/Mb over the 200Mb cap. Calls starting before 6am, or ending after 6pm, or made on weekends, are charged at the "casual access plan" rate. All extra usage is charged monthly, in arrears.
Access: $220.00 per calendar month for 6am-6pm Mon-Fri with 200Mb volume cap.
Non-plan usage charged at $2.40/Hr + 35c/Mb
Cash, cheques or credit card optional. Most major credit cards accepted.

Termination:

Web Hosting:

Subscribers Home Pages

Hosting: $11/month
Includes up to $11/month (free) connect time & first 5Mb disk space for those submitting and maintaining their own personal or business pages.

Additional disk space at $11 per extra 10Mb or part thereof per month.

Suitability criteria apply (eg no pornography or illegal material allowed). Albury Local Internet reserve the right to remove pages containing illegal material without notice or recourse. Users uploading other material deemed unsuitable will be asked to remove the offending material. Refusal to comply with reasonable directions in this matter may result in priviledges being withdrawn.

Heavy traffic pages may incurr bandwidth charges - please enquire (note: "heavy traffic" for this purpose refers to subscriber pages or sites maintaining a sustained high hit rate in excess of 3000 hits/month).

Standard cgi's available at no charge to subscribers include a graphical counter and forms processor. Additional server side includes, cgi implementation etc available on a commercial basis - apply to the System Administrator.

Non-Subscribers Home Pages

Set-up: $55 set-up fee for non-subscribers requiring ftp access. Includes an e-mail address on our server and/or forwarding of e-mail.
Hosting: As per "Subscriber Home Pages" above (Note: $11/month (free) access is ONLY available on dial-in to Albury Local Internet). All other conditions as per "Subscriber Home Pages".

Domain Hosting

Set-up: $110 Includes primary and secondary DNS, mail exchangers, virtual web server, virtual mail and up to 5 e-mail aliases. Excludes registration of your domain name.
Monthly: $30.80/month
Admin/

Commercial Web Hosting

Location: With Albury-Wodonga.com
Basic: $220 Basic page creation for further details and costings on more complex pages or sites see Web Ads on Albury-Wodonga.com
Monthly: $22/month page hosting only for pages or sites up to 1Mb in size. Page hosting fee includes some minor alterations to web page, links on Albury-Wodonga.com and/or Albury Local Internet as apporpriate, and regular search engine submission.
Additional disk space $11/10Mb or part thereof per month.
Virtual domain hosting additional (see "Domain Hosting").
Faxgate:
(optional)		 $1.10*/fax charged to your account for access to the e-mail to fax gateway. Enquiries from the response form on your page will be sent (optionally) to your fax machine as well as (or instead of) your e-mail address.
*NOTE: Price quoted only available to nominated fax numbers located within local call distance of Albury-Wodonga. Where additional call costs are incurred (eg STD charges) the appropriate call costs will be added to the monthly account.
Notes: 1. An address of
www.albury-wodonga.com/yourbusinessname
is only available to businesses operating within the Albury Local Internet local call area. Other businesses wishing to use this hosting service must acquire and/or use their own domain name, or request another available appropriate domain name.
2. Businesses wishing to use the fax gateway MUST be either geographically local (local call) to Albury-Wodonga.com, or prepared to pay the additional call costs incurred in long distance fax calls from Albury, Australia (02 60 area code) to your fax machine. Longer distance (STD and especially international) enquirers are recommended to find an alternative fax gateway geographically closer to their home location.
3. By utilising the fax gateway, businesses DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE INTERNET ACCESS to directly market on and get immediate response from the Internet. In fact, the business does not even have to have a computer, simply a fax machine.

Cost: By quotation.
Consultation, installation and implementation of microwave access solutions. Point to point; point to multi-point; 2Mb up to 30kms (with line of sight). Longer (and shorter) distance solutions available. Please enquire.

Internet Marketing and Site Design Consulting

Casual: $110/hr
Consultation and recommendations for design and implementation of an Internet Marketing strategy, including product/service focussed Web Site design and cross media marketing consultation.
Contract: By quotation.

Custom cgi's and Programming

Casual: $132/hr
Custom cgi's for Web applications and related additional programming not covered by other categories.
Contract: By quotation.

HTML Repair, Re-authoring and Consulting

Casual: $110/hr
HTML repair and remedial work for broken or un-operational pages or sites; Re-authoring service to clean up invalid, redundant and incorrect html markup including removal of offending tags and attributes; Consultation and recommendations for HTML authoring and validation.
Contract: By quotation.

Miscellaneous Charges:

Mail Overlimit Charges

When: When mail stored on our server is over the free limit (500Kb)
Cost: $0.055/Mb per day

Off-Domain Charges

When: Where we can identify specific traffic to you that has cost us to bring in and send back out. Typical example, checking mail while logged into another ISP. Mail has come to us, is stored on our server and goes back out to you.
Cost: $0.55/Mb

Tech-Support Charges

When: Where you call us for technical support that is not "our problem". Examples would include My internet banking is not working and the bank has changed their site, I cannot get my e-mail where you are collecting mail off-domain and your ISP or adsl provider is down.
Cost: $11.00 minimum. Actual charge will depend on resolution and time.
