Thank you so much for making our ski holiday perfect.
We have stayed in several different ski resorts, but I must say that
Jerry’s Karelia lodge is a something special. The lodge Austrian deco
reminds me the skiing days, that we had in Austria few years ago, the food
(and especially Jerry’s signature dishes - goulash soup, sirloin roast,
veal paupiette, cakes and more) was delicious and the portions more than generous.
We loved your complementary afternoon teas (nice cakes).
Jerry, one day you’ll make a wonderful wife to some lady.
The lodge and rooms cleanliness is something unheard off.
We have all enjoyed your fantastic hospitality.
Jerry, please let me know when you start accepting bookings for next year.

Dear Karelia Staff,
Thank you so much for you excellent service and hospitality.
Jerry what an amazing person you are.
On the day we arrived (Sunday) the hot water service pipe burst .
You put your overalls on and fixed it, thanks for that otherwise no hot water.
Later in the day the power supply was down (due to the mountain storm),
You didn’t waste any time and connected the electric generator, some of your
guests didn’t even notice, that the power was down and then you cooked our dinner.
We loved your meals (Especially the Czech roast, the French veal paupiettes and the rest)
and the afternoon cakes, the rooms are small, but very comfortable and so clean and
the "Outdoors Hot Spa" – what a great IDEA!!!
The Lodge Austrian deco makes you feel that you are in other parts of the world.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Karelia.( End of July )
The lodge was very cosy and comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly.
The lodge was always very clean (not an easy task with so many comings and goings).
The food was excellent.
I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay in Falls Creek.
What I liked best about Karelia was that I felt very comfortable and well looked after.

Hello Jerry,
I would like to let you know, that I found the stay at Karelia Lodge very plesant and very nice.
I really enjoyed the wide variety of food choices,
the sensible times for breakfast and tea, and how we were able to
leave luggage at the base of the hotel if we needed to - that was hugely helpful for me!
Two thumbs up from me - and I'm a very fussy customer!!!!
Next season I'm sure you will see me again! :)

Hello Jerry and Staff,
This was my first visit to Falls Creek, and despite the heavy mist and cloud,
it was my best skiing trip. I loved staying at Karelia, which was more like a boarding home
than a hotel. Dinner at the same time for everyone is a great idea as you get to meet the other
guests!!! The food was delicious by the way. Furthermore, I especially enjoyed the evenings
in the cozy loungeroom, exchanging war stories with the other guests.
I will definitely be coming back!
