TASTING NOTES:


Kalamata Olives

Medium size Greek, black olives, firm flesh, winey flavour with a slight bitterness. Ideal for salads or as a nibbly on a platter.

King Kalamata Olives

Large size Greek, green or turning colour olives, firm flesh, peppery and bold olive flavour.

Spicy King kalamata Olives

King kalamata olives spiced with dried tomato flakes, garlic, paprika, cumin, chilli, oregano, basil and smoked paprika. A delight to consume.

Verdale Olives

Medium sized French, green olives, firm flesh, delighful mild olive flavour. Good to eat with a selection of harty cheeses.

Manzanillo Olives

Medium sized Spanish, black olives, soft texture, strong olive flavours. Good to eat and also well suited to go into pasta's and over Pizza's.

Frantoio Olives

Small sized Italian, black or turning colour olives, woody flavour, excellent as a nibbly to have with a full bodied red wine.

Koronieki

Small sized Greek, black and turning colour olives, with a delightful "rose" after taste.

 

All of our olives are hand harvested and immediately placed in vessels to undergo a natural fermentation process.

During this chemical free process the bitterness of the olive is removed whilst the natural flavours are being developed.

After a minimum of 6 months the olives are ready for consumption and to be enjoyed.
