We went over the arrangements for the State to State Fun Run after the run last Monday, so, hopefully, everything is in readiness.
Yes, the details for the AGPU have finally been determined by Gunna's gang of Girls. Its main location will be the carpark of the Jingellic Hotel. (If you wish something more comfortable, rooms may be rented, at your expense, in the Hotel.) The early birds will be there Friday Evening, with the late comers arriving Saturday Afternoon, hopefully in time for the Run at about 3.00 p.m. After the run, the Current GRAND MATTRESS, Artificial Insemination, will appoint the new committee. Will it be a Grand Mattress, again, or will it be a Grand Master. (I could add "as it should be" but someone would probably say that that was sexist!!). Then its on to the Hotel for a fine meal (the other meals will be simple Hash Nosh) before returning to the car park for more merriment. Recovery Run, Sunday Morning, set by the new Trail Master.
Bandit did not arrive until well after 6:30 p.m. (Hash Time), so had no idea where the trail went. He went looking, looking, looking, down around the Mitta Mitta Canoe Club, around past the P.S. Cumberoona and eventually found trail (the "On Home" marking) just as he was about to cross Oddies Creek into Hovell Tree Park, so he did head "On Home". Not long after he got back, Rat and Once turned up, having been sent "On Home" by thier mother, Sting, so that they coulds start getting "Nosh" ready, for the pack when they did, eventually return.
Discussion then turned to planning for the State to State Fun Run, making sure everybody was upto speed.
