Bobcat and Bandit met with Ian Cartwright (A-W Festival of Sport) and Kevin (Cooper Tools) to go over arrangments for the State to State Fun Run on Sunday 16th March. Things seem to be going well, but a lot of little things are still to happen. These will be sorted after Stings run on Monday night!

Yes, the details for the AGPU have finally been determined by Gunna's gang of Girls. Its main location will be the carpark of the Jingellic Hotel. (If you wish something more comfortable, rooms may be rented, at your expense, in the Hotel.) The early birds will be there Friday Evening, with the late comers arriving Saturday Afternoon, hopefully in time for the Run at about 3.00 p.m. After the run, the Current GRAND MATTRESS, Artificial Insemination, will appoint the new committee. Will it be a Grand Mattress, again, or will it be a Grand Master. (I could add "as it should be" but someone would probably say that was sexist!!). Then its on to the Hotel for a fine meal (the other meals will be simple Hash Nosh) before returning to the car park for more merriment. Recovery Run, Sunday Morning, set by the new Trail Master.

John Doe was under instructions to just set a short run, so that most of the time could be allocated to discussing the "State to State Fun Run" organisation. As the appointed time for the run drew near, the mob, including new comer Tammy, gathered on John Doe's verandah and front lawn, waiting for the "On". Eventually, at 6.30 p.m. (hash time), the pack was "On Out" down Clover St, turning left into Gralen St then right into Thomas Mitchell Drive. Rather than crossing Jack-in-the-Box Creek at the bridge, trail led into Jack-in-the-Box Park. Trail then turned left at the path intersection and headed between houses onto Warsaw Cres and then right into Prague Ave and a Hash Halt on the footbridge over Jack-in-the-Box Creek, but, by the time the front runners, Bobcat, Tammy and Bandit, made the footbridge, the tail enders, Gunna, A.I. and TuckerBox, had yet to reach the turn off from the central footpath, so, seeing the pack assembling on the footbridge up ahead, they just stuck to the footpath and short cutted (which they did not receive a Down Down for at the later circle).

From the Hash Halt, trail went down Cologne Crt, right into London Rd and all the way along to Chapple St, more or less straight across into Houn Hill Rd, then Maxwell Dr, and then, about half way along, right onto a pathway that led back to Chapple St, again more or less straight across Chapple St and "On Home".

Nosh was Hamburgers and Sausages with assorted salad type vegies. Down Downs went to Tammy (first run) and A.I. for not checking the book, again.

Discussion then turned to planning for the State to State Fun Run, making sure everybody was upto speed.
