As the pack assembled, at the nominated place, at or about the nominated time, they were being serenaded by a multi-talented Rat, tickling the ivory on his paino. But all good things must come to an end, as Sting called "On On" and started giving instructions. The "On On" was a three-way at the corner of Glenairne St, and, almost as per usual, Bandit and Kunoath followed the False Trails whilst Bobcat found trail. Bandit was so far off trail, he actually found the "On Home" before he had actually gotten on trail!
Trail actually led along Melbourne Rd and into Croyland St then right into Sangster St heading past Mysterys place (we didn't disturb Her) and On to a Hash Halt at the corner. From here, trail led down into the creek line, under the rail and road bridges then up onto Forrest Mars Ave. A two-way at the corner of Marie Dr had Bandit, again, choosing the wrong way, as the rest of the pack followed Marie Dr to a Hash Halt at the entrance to Sumsion Gardens. Trail then led into the Gardens, with a Wimps/Rambos having the girls taking the short way around the lake and the lads taking the longer way, to recombine near the carpark.
Trail then led out of the park, onto Osburn St and Bank St before heading west on South St and Forrest Mars Ave (the other side) to arrive at another Wimps/Rambos at the junction with Kelly St. Rambos headed right, up the hill and the Wimps headed left over the railway. Surprisingly, no-one headed right, all taking the wimps way, turning right into Sangsters Rd and, very soon, the pack found the On Home that Bandit had located at the very start of the trail.
Nosh was sausages and salad.
